一、基本用法说明
“Neither…nor” 连接两个对等成分（如主语、宾语、动词等），整个结构是否定意义。
注意：谓语动词的单复数形式遵循“就近原则”——即由 nor 后面的名词/代词决定。
例如：
- Neither Tom nor his friends are coming.（朋友是复数 → are）
- Neither his friends nor Tom is coming.（Tom 是单数 → is）
