什么是 Neither Nor？
“Neither...nor...” 是英语中表示“既不……也不……”的并列连词结构，用于否定两个或多个事物。
当 “Neither” 出现在句首时，句子通常需要使用**部分倒装**结构。
基本结构
正常语序（非句首）：
I like neither coffee nor tea.

当 “Neither” 放在句首时，需倒装：
Neither do I like coffee nor do I like tea.
（更自然的说法常简化为：Neither do I like coffee nor tea.）
倒装规则说明
- 当 “Neither” 位于句首，且连接两个分句时，第一个分句必须倒装。
- 倒装形式：助动词/情态动词 + 主语 + 动词原形。
