什么是 “help sb (to) do sth”？
在英语中，“help someone do something” 是一个常见结构，表示“帮助某人做某事”。其中，“to” 可以省略，两种形式都正确：
- help + 人 + do something（更口语化）
- help + 人 + to do something（稍正式）
She helped me (to) carry the boxes.
他帮我搬箱子。
