一、基本概念
在英语中，动词 help 后面可以接两种结构：
- help sb (to) do something（帮助某人做某事）
- help sb with doing something（在做某事方面帮助某人）
注意：通常不说 “help sb doing something”（这是常见误区）。
二、help sb (to) do
这是最常用、最标准的结构，表示“帮助某人完成某个动作”。其中 to 可以省略。
✅ She helped me (to) clean the room.
✅ Can you help him (to) fix his bike?
✅ Can you help him (to) fix his bike?
这种结构强调的是“协助完成整个动作”。
三、“help sb doing” 是对的吗？
严格来说，help sb doing something 在标准英语中是不正确的。
但有一种类似结构是正确的：help sb with + 名词/动名词。
✅ He helped me with my homework.
✅ They helped us with organizing the event.
✅ They helped us with organizing the event.
这里 with 后面接的是名词或动名词（doing），但不是直接 “help sb doing”。
四、常见错误示例
❌ She helped me doing the dishes.
✅ She helped me (to) do the dishes.
✅ She helped me with doing the dishes.（较少见，但语法上可接受）
✅ She helped me (to) do the dishes.
✅ She helped me with doing the dishes.（较少见，但语法上可接受）
虽然口语中偶尔有人这么说，但在正式写作和考试中应避免 “help sb doing”。
