什么是 Neither...Nor...？
“Neither...nor...” 是英语中用于连接两个否定成分的并列连词，表示“既不……也不……”。当它引导的句子位于句首时，常引起主谓倒装。
Normal: I don’t like coffee, and I don’t like tea.
With neither...nor...: Neither do I like coffee nor do I like tea.
倒装规则说明
当 “Neither” 或 “Nor” 单独出现在句首，表示前一句的否定情况也适用于另一主语时，句子需使用部分倒装：
- 助动词 / 情态动词 + 主语 + 动词原形
- 若无助动词，则根据时态添加 do/does/did
She can’t swim. → Neither can he.
He didn’t go to school. → Nor did she.
注意：在正式书面语中，“Neither...nor...” 连接两个主语时，谓语动词通常与靠近它的主语保持一致（就近原则）。

- Neither has she called me, nor has she replied to my email.
- Neither do they understand the problem, nor do they care.
- He doesn’t eat meat. → Neither do I.
- They won’t attend the meeting. → Nor will we.
